Richard Summers

I know no one is gonna see this, but is there any reason there's little information on Richard Summers/Samuel Richards? I've tried looking him up but I keep getting different names and only one other article mentions him. it even states that he played a big role in reaching investors for the project but he's never mentioned. Jonathan Pitney has a plaque and he does not even mention Richard Summers/Samuel Richards. If anyone happens to know why that is I'd be interested in knowing.
