Correct name
[edit]The right spelling for this article is "José Sanchis Sinisterra" not "Sanchís". --84.76.212.192 23:22, 26 August 2007 (UTC)
- While you are correct, please see Spanish naming customs. Spaniards usually are named after their father as what Americans would incorrectly assume to be the middle name (and the accented i depends upon regional dialect and preference) and the mother's maiden name which would appear to the last name. Per Spanish_naming_customs#Naming_system_in_Spain, his formal name would appear as you suggest but more correctly as just José Sanchis as found in this Google translated article: "In Memoriam: Juan José Carbó. ----moreno oso (talk) 12:50, 8 June 2010 (UTC)
