[edit]So many links to online papers. I think we should use this for all of them.
Philosophy
[edit]A paragraph in this section states:
An advocate of Popper’s philosophy with variations, Agassi ignores many of the problems that concern some philosophers of science, chiefly that of theory choice [as subjects of rational belief]. The problems of the philosophy of technology engage him, including the problem of choosing scientific theories and [other] ideas worthy of application and implementation [italics added]. These two statements are inconsistent with each other. Would someone familiar with Agassi's ideas please fix this? StN (talk) 00:58, 7 August 2011 (UTC) here is the clarification that makes consistency obvious. joseph agassi An advocate of Popper’s philosophy with variations, Agassi ignores many of the problems that concern some philosophers of science, chiefly that of theory choice [as subjects of rational belief]. Two Agassi Students
[edit]Two of Agassi's students were Menachem Fisch and John Wettersten. I believe they each wrote dissertations under Agassi. Wettersten, I believe, wrote his dissertation under Agassi at Boston University around 1993 or so. Someone should write them up and add them to the Agassi Wiki page, but not me.
