Other Joseph Ruston

[edit]

An elder Joseph Ruston designed the first steamship "Sophie", entering service on 15 Mai 1836, for Traunsee, the first lake in Austria that got a commercial steamship service in that year.

According to: https://www.traunseeschifffahrt.at/175-jahre/175-briefmarke/ (German) About the 175-anniversary.

One may expect him to be from the same family.
