"Moving" the name to 'Julio Cesar'...

I will be changing the name of this article to 'Julio Cesar', instead of 'Julio Cesar Neves'. I have vacillated between a few different names, however I think Brazilians designate their names to be in a "First-Middle" order instead of all three as seen on sites like Sherdog.com. So, if I am incorrect or you have any suggestions, testaments or what have you, let me know. The changes will otherwise be done in the next 3-4 days.
