Established separate article for Kaikōura Canyon
[edit]I have created a new article for the Kaikōura Canyon, starting with copying all the content on that topic from the article Kaikōura Peninsula.
The next step for this new article is to bring it up to date with content and citations about the submarine landslide that occurred in the 2016 Kaikōura earthquake. Initial references are: [1], [2], [3], [4]. [5]Hopefully I will find a lot more.
When this article moves from Draft to main space, I will delete the old content about the canyon from the Kaikoura Peninsula article, to leave that article with a sharper focus. Marshelec (talk) 02:50, 23 September 2021 (UTC)
