Things to add[edit]

First, the Japanese name is confirmed as "Katamari Damacy Tribute" not just Katamari Tribute. Second, I have a trailer on joystiq.com that includes several things that we might want to include. 1) The game now uses a cell-shading graphical option. I believe it's an option, but it's hard to tell from a trailer. 2) There is a new mode, in which you roll a katamari over what seems to be sand and it grows plants. 3) Old levels return, as well as several new levels, including one that seems that you are underwater, with fish swiming around, but the Katamari is sunk under water.

The trailer is here: http://www.joystiq.com/2009/03/26/new-trailer-confirms-that-animals-love-katamari-damacy-tribute/ Honestly, I don't know enough about Wikipedia to be able to add this information efficiently myself, so I am posting this info here for someone who has better knowledge and experience to add. Fall 2009[edit]

The new date for Katamari Forever/Katamari Damacy Tribute is Fall 2009, from http://www.joystiq.com/2009/04/29/joystiq-impressions-katamari-forever/. It was said in E3, and the PSN's official trailer also says this, so this has to be a US release date at the least. Polantaris (talk) 02:23, 11 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Here's a weird idea[edit]

A friend of mine says that he thinks that some elements of Sonic Generations were ripped off from this what with the Black and White, having to bring back color and that flashback is similar to time travel. Does anyone think that this could be worked into the article? perhaps something mentioning that SEGA may have took a few ideas for Generations from Katamari? MIVP - (Can I Help?) (Maybe a bit of tea for thought?) 20:04, 5 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]
