Untitled[edit]

I hope I've established "notability"... Kathy Mar's music is very well known in filk circles, and it just doesn't seem right for the wiki entry to say "Not Notable".

If the page still doesn't meet "notability" guidelines, what would be needed to meet them? I can't see how Kathy Mar would not be considered notable if filk is going to be covered at all.

Notes for improvement[edit]

I gave up Wikipedia editing years ago as too stressful, with the resolution staff severely overworked, but here are some notes for improving the article:

Remove the "only" from the Filk Hall of Fame mention. That's an evaluation, not a fact.

Is it really appropriate to mention people's children by name in an article of this type? Likewise the information about Dean gets more personal than is appropriate.

"She has appeared as filk GoH at almost every filk convention" is wildly false. Perhaps this is intended to say that many filk conventions have had her as a GoH at least once?
