I noticed that that article is being considered for deletion and the reason is it might lack notability. However, the article references several national sources (Cision PR Newswire, MultifamilyBiz, Rebusiness Online) as well as several local sources (Charlotte Business Journal, Charlotte Observer, Axio Charlotte), and the architect's (R@L) page about the project is referenced.
