  • Were both Athletes competing in their first Olympics?
  • Source "The 2016 Olympics were Kiribati's fourth Games." -Source participation in Beijing and London.
    • The citation at the end of the paragraph does that. Kees08 (Talk)
  • Mention in the prose how Rukka performed in his heat and overall, rather than just the absolute time.
    • Looks like overall placement is not really reported for those prelim heats. Added the heat results though (not sure how I forgot...was too busy trying to add details) Kees08 (Talk)
  • "Kiribati has qualified one male weightlifter for the Rio Olympics by virtue of a top five national finish at the 2016 Oceania Championships." This is still in future tense...
  • Include weightlifting results in the prose.
  • This line from the Guardian piece "He now lives and trains at the Institute in Noumea, New Caledonia in the South Pacific." is important, the current prose makes it sound like he still trains on the beach without a gym. Indeed, you state the opposite, with a line like "He trained for the Olympics on the beach". The source says no such thing, just that he used to have to do so.
    • Excellent catch. I read the part where it said he did it as a boy, and missed the as a boy portion. Done. Kees08 (Talk)
  • If he was reigning Commonwealth champion, that seems worth mentioning.
