Notability[edit]

I'm not sure if the Labor Environment Action Network (LEAN) article meets Wikipedia's notability guidelines. The article's creator and (so far) only contributor is User:Stephen McCallum, a user that shares the name of the 2013 Tasmanian convenor (and 2012 South Australian convenor) as listed in the article itself. The article only uses the LEAN website as a primary source. A quick Google search lists predominantly primary LEAN and ALP sources. Also, it is strange that the date tags on the page are older than the article itself. The 'refimprove' date tag is from Dec 2009, and the 'Use dmy dates' tag is from Feb 2011. I don't know if this means the article was a cut-and-paste move or a recreation. In any case, the article does not include sources independent of the subject. I'll post on the author's talk page and invite other editors to respond to the issues as well. Australian Matt (talk) 00:48, 18 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for reviewing the LEAN page and raising these concerns. I have added more independent references to the article. The date tags are incorrect as I copied a basic template from another page and I'd be happy to correct them. User:Stephen McCallum 06:17, 18 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]
