Murders[edit]

Removed the reference to Ted Bundy, as it's not germane to the article about the lake itself. Frogan 01:53, 10 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

How is it not germane? It occurred at Lake Sammamish. Check out the article on Fort Marcy Park regarding its relevance.

Kidnapping didn't happen on the lake, but at the park. Moved material over to newly created Lake Sammamish Park article (analogous to Fort Marcy Park) hike395 16:52, 13 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I saw that. Nice job. I can live with it.

Much later, I've added Bundy back in, he abducted the women at the parking lot on the beach, claiming he needed help loading his boat due to a (fake) broken arm. (a tactic portrayed in Silence of the Lambs some years later) I also added Randy Roth, who was convicted of murdering his fourth wife by faking an accidental drowning in the lake. I find it rather startling that two serial murderers of women employed this lake in aspects of their crimes. Beeblebrox (talk) 05:45, 8 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]
