Error on the launch date
[edit]The launch date is wrong, it should be somewhere around 1984, I don't know which day and month — Preceding unsigned comment added by 187.202.121.150 (talk) 03:44, 23 August 2013 (UTC)
External links modified
[edit]Hello fellow Wikipedians,
I have just modified one external link on Landsat 5. Please take a moment to review my edit. If you have any questions, or need the bot to ignore the links, or the page altogether, please visit this simple FaQ for additional information. I made the following changes:
- Added archive https://web.archive.org/web/20090402031939/http://landsat.gsfc.nasa.gov/about/landsat5.html to http://landsat.gsfc.nasa.gov/about/landsat5.html
When you have finished reviewing my changes, you may follow the instructions on the template below to fix any issues with the URLs.

outdated claims?
[edit]as of 2023 the Satélite de Coleta de Dados-1 (or SCD-1) completes 30 years of use, surpassing landsat-5's mission duration and therefore taking it's record of longest-operating Earth-observing satellite mission in history, should i change this? Genericgalaxy (talk) 02:39, 26 June 2023 (UTC)
