Birth date

On the Utah State Historical society and the BYU finding aid page, her birthday is the 24 of Feb, but in the Proquest article by Woodger is says her birthday is the 28th. Because More sources say she was born on the 24th, I chose to say that in the article. If anyone has other evidence to support the 28th, feel free to change the date and add the source.
