Your statement that the South Carolina Guard is in charge of the South Carolina Army National Guard and the South Carolina Air National Guard is incorrect. I tried to correct that.
It is not opinion, it is fact that xan be verified by one simple Google search.
The South Carolina Guard is a State Defense Force that is subservient to the National Guard. Not in charge of it.
Here is their current leadership

and as you will see MG Lott is nowhere in that chain of command.
He has absolutely no military leadership training through the US Military and is not recognized as a federal military officer.
Do some research before just posting things.
