Unclear if this was a operating company or a finance vehicle. Unless it was an operating company probably not notable. If it was notably needs a little more that a simply a directory entry that would be better in a database or list article. The creator has by-passed AfC per the existance of Draft:Leslie Railway] where it was declined twice and one of the AfC reviewers had commented : "Unless there are references showing how this was independently notable, it would be best to include information at Edinburgh and Northern Railway#The Leslie Railway (where it is already talked about)." ('Ive provided the section link in the quote). The AfC bar is a tad higher than the AfC/mainspace bar (for good reasons), but this article in its current state does not in my opinion pass wither and that needs resolving. Thankyou.
