The section 'Lewis Related Genes' contains a lot of mistakes!

  • Corrections that can be made:
    1. There are 6 oligosaccharide precursors.
    2. The Se-enzyme can act only on type 1 precursor before any modification of the Le-enzyme.
    3. The Le-enzyme can act on various substrate: type 1 precursor(producing Le(a)) , H type 1 antigen (producing Le(b)), A type 1 (producing ALe(b)) and B type 2 (producing BLe(b))...
  • I didn't modify the text because it needs a complete reformulation.
