Needed Overhauling in this list.......!!!!!!![edit]

i think half of the people in the list are not of ethnic tamil origin..., They may be acted in tamil films. There is already one list for Tamil film actors, they all are mentioned there. I guess this list is exclusive for Ethnic tamil people then better remove all the non tamil people from here..(Nubin_wiki (talk) 20:10, 25 April 2008 (UTC))[reply]

I second User Nubin-wiki's proposal above. This is not a list of Tamil actors by ethnic origin as the name suggests. Perhaps the title needs to be changed to "List of actors who have appeared in Tamil films." Incorrect information[edit]

Many of the actors and actresses in this list are not of Tamil-ethnic origin. Rajinikanth is clearly not a native Tamilian because he was born in Karnataka and his parents are also natives of Maharashtra. Thus, his mother tounge is Marathi. Likewise, Asin and Nayanthara both simply cannot be listed from here because they come from Kerala. Who knows, many other actresses here may not be of ethnic Tamil origin and we don't seem to have the sources for it. EelamStyleZ (talk) 05:23, 16 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]
