Mismatched Units

[edit]

The figures from 2010 are in thousands of pounds of uranium octoxide, while those from 2017 are in metric tonnes of uranium. Virtually no one can convert between those at a glance, and there’s no indication in the table that the columns are not directly comparable. It gives the distinct impression that uranium production has declined, when in fact it has grown dramatically. I’d like to convert the earlier figures to tonnes of uranium, as follows: tonnes U = 1000s lbs U3O8 ÷ 7.783. If no one has an objection, I’ll do so by mid-June 2019. (The task is trivial, but I’m busy, and I want to give people a chance to object if I’m missing something.)
