This page is incredibly outdated. There are many festivals on here that are no longer active and many large festivals that are missing. Also the lists does not provide any details about the festivals. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Fezlum (talk • contribs) 18:35, 3 September 2013 (UTC)

+1 - for example regarding Germany, the Bang Your Head was cancelled for 2023 and will not continue, while rhe long running Rockharz Festival isn't listed at all. 2A02:3038:202:890:3DC:8C6D:648A:188F (talk) 22:10, 19 August 2023 (UTC)

Let me add that some of the festivals listed are generic music festivals and not heavy metal festivals. One example is the EXIT festival in Serbia. 77.242.202.133 (talk) 10:35, 22 June 2017 (UTC)
