Nazi artistic patronage[edit]
We already have Gottbegnadeten list and German National Prize for Art and Science. But Frederic Spotts also mentions a "Cultural Senate" (de:Reichskultursenat) created in 1935 (apparently distinct from the Reich Chamber of Culture established in 1933); and the "Cultural Fund" financed by Hitler's "royalties" from postage stamps, which Hitler controlled personally.
