Lead section missing[edit]

Dear wikipedians, this article is lacking a lead section or paragraph explaining clearly the scope of this list (especially when a WS is considered "obsolete" by the SAAF). Can anyone please add it? Thanks & regards, DPdH (talk) 13:59, 22 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]
