The name of this place needs confirmation

I can't confirm whether it should be:

Petit Anse
Petite Anse
Little Anse

and Petite Anse also seems to be the name of the nearby bay. – Wbm1058 (talk) 01:45, 26 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Moving, Merging, Redirecting

Prior to today, there were two articles for this town:

Petite Anse, Nova Scotia Petit Anse, Nova Scotia. Both were identical (except for a hatnote on Petite). Seeing the merge tag from 2014, I decided it was time to be WP:BOLD. I merged Petite into Petit (only in name, everything else was identical), and moved Petit to Little Anse. Little Anse is used by the municipality (yes, that is their garbage collection day page), Googlemaps and the weather network. Outside of these, I could find no real references to the town, and these seemed the best ones. menaechmi (talk) 20:23, 13 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]
