positions held
[edit]Okay, so what I can figure out from https://www.harford.edu/about/news/2019/08/president-of-the-tibet-fund-and-representative-of-the-dalai-lama-to-speak-at-hcc-on-september-12.aspx
- From 2001 to 2006, he was a Cabinet member for the Central Tibetan Administration, where he was in charge of the Department of Information and International Relations, the Department of Finance, and the Department of Health.
- In 2008, he was the Representative to the Dalai Lama to the Americas. Does that mean he was in the Parliament of the Central Tibetan Administration?
- In 2013, he became the executive director of the Tibet Fund, and in 2017, he switched to be the fund's president.

He was also a member of Parliament in 1996 where he represented Kham, according to 1996 Tibetan Parliament in Exile election Not sure if there are other elections to check AngusWOOF (bark • sniff) 20:38, 14 February 2020 (UTC)
Yes, this is good. Should i create a new section: Positions held? Timofeytv (talk) 20:57, 14 February 2020 (UTC)
- Timofeytv, can you rewrite the lead to summarize the positions he held? Also clean up the reverential / promotional verbiage about calling the Dalai Lama "His Holiness". He was not a prime minister, or was he? If so, when? AngusWOOF (bark • sniff) 21:11, 14 February 2020 (UTC)
He was a pm, I'll find sources. His Holiness is a official name or title sorry of. I'll find out if it has to be like that or i can simplify. I'll treat the lead. Timofeytv (talk) 21:14, 14 February 2020 (UTC)
Here are two list of verifiable sources: https://cse.google.com/cse?hl=en&cx=007734830908295939403:galkqgoksq0&cof=FORID:13%3BAH:left%3BCX:Wikipedia%2520Reference%2520Search&q=%22Lobsang+Nyandak%22 https://www.google.com/search?tbs=bks:1&q=%22Lobsang+Nyandak%22+-wikipedia
- He was not (yet!) pm, but for five years Kalon (Minister) of the Department of Finance, for three years, Kalon of the Department of Health, for two years, Kalon of the Department of Information & International relations in the Central Tibetan Administration (CTA). Even though it can be further improved, the page has greatly evolved since its translation, therefore, I see no reason to delay the move of this page from draft to wikipedia pages. I thank Timofeytv for his most valuable work. --Rédacteur Tibet (talk) 12:54, 19 August 2020 (UTC)
ETA
[edit]Any ETA when this can be approved? Timofeytv (talk) 19:51, 22 August 2020 (UTC)
"career" section
[edit]The "career" section with dates reads a bit dry. Would it be worth re-structuring "career" to tell a story? Significant aspects relevant to his legacy and the important role he serves in protecting Tibetan Government-in-Exile can be put to the forefront this way.
