Contested deletion

Reliable sourcing

I've been looking through the sourcing on this article and most of it is unreliable. Some examples:

Forbes contributors (see WP:FORBESCON)
HuffPost contributors (see WP:RSP)
Dotdash/Liquor.com (also at WP:RSP)
Puff-piece promotional churnalism: Attractions Magazine, Beer Alien, Edible Monterey Bay, The Whiskey Wash, Market Watch, etc.
Sites run by businesses: Rum Reinaissance, Distiller, etc.
Self-published blogs: Slammie, Whiskyfun, Howtodrinkwhisky, etc.

I suggest paring it back to what can be cited to actual reliable sources, like Wired, Smithsonian, and possibly The Daily Beast. Woodroar (talk) 16:27, 25 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]
