[edit]It would be great if someone could expand the article particularly with social and cultural details, using the references and further reading already lists; there is plenty of good material there. Rexparry sydney 02:17, 15 May 2007 (UTC)
I would like to point out a few corrections to the article. Lundas in Zambia are in two regions (as the article states): Lunda East (Under senior chief Kazambe) and the group to the North-western Zambia has two senior chiefs (Ishindi and Kanongesha). I have noticed that Ishindi has been left out, when he actually is a decedent of the first born son of Mwanta Yav. A fact even brought to the media by the current 'mwata yav' or DRC (http://allafrica.com/stories/200909030244.html) and the many articles showing this existence of the two senior chiefs here (http://findarticles.com/p/articles/mi_m0438/is_3_39/ai_n16834278/ and http://www.encyclopedia.com/doc/1G2-3458001522.html). An improvement has to be made. I will try and compile data on the issue —Preceding unsigned comment added by Munjunga (talk • contribs) 12:43, 18 October 2010 (UTC)
Website of "Lunda Chokwe Kingdom"
[edit]One may disagree with what this website says, but this does not justify deleting it, as it gives highly interesting information on the selfperceptions of the Lunda-Tchokwe, or at least part of them. Similar expressions of selfperceptions exist for other ethnic groups, and all of them should be registered, in one way or another. - Aflis (talk) 10:27, 10 October 2012 (UTC)
Cannivalism?
[edit]What is Cannivalism? (A claim added by User:Isinbill)
If it is what I think you mean, what is your source?
Are you referring to the Imbangala who are claimed to have originally migrated from inside the Lunda empire?
