Broken Reference Leads to a Porn Site
[edit]I apologize, I'm not a regular editor of Wikipedia and I don't know much about this, much less how to fix it, but reference number 7 links to a very explicit porn site instead of a government document like it's supposed to. 2601:42:C102:73D0:8C7:8626:AD5D:1E1C (talk) 04:43, 13 December 2019 (UTC)
Linking to New Black Panthers is Inappropriate
[edit]Mark Clark was a member of the original Black Panther Party. That organization has absolutely nothing to do with the New Black Panther Party and have never shared the same beliefs. The original Black Panther Party has, in fact, denounced it, as is also stated on the Wikipedia page for the Black Panther Party:
quoted material
Members of the original Black Panther Party have insisted that this New Black Panther Party is illegitimate and have strongly objected that there "is no new Black Panther Party".[56]
It is totally inappropriate to link to the New Black Panther Party on the Mark Clark page or any other page about an original Black Panther Party member. You are giving the readers the impression these organizations are affiliated, when they are not. - stpky4 18:54, 31 January 2010 (UTC) —Preceding unsigned comment added by Nitascript (talk • contribs)
Why are citations protected from editing and additions?
[edit]I am not that familiar with procedures. I did read the help section. It seems like such a contradiction to post a notice stating citations are needed and then not allow this to be done without going through administration. Can somebody please explain what is the purpose of this block. - stpky4 19:29, 31 January 2010 (UTC)

POV tag
[edit]Whether Hampton and Clark were "assassinated" or "killed" is a POV issue, which means proper sourcing and attribution for various statements needs to be used. There is much to be addressed in this article, so I may open an Rfc to solicit feedback. I am posting a similar tag in Fred Hampton. -Location (talk) 05:20, 10 September 2017 (UTC)
