This entry needs to not be deleted and redirected for political motivations. Ignisdu 17:57, 14 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

The politically motivated removal of this article and its replacement by a redirect has brought Wikipedia into disrepute, per www.Slate.com at [At www.Slate.com [1] where there was a recent discussion of the editing of Wikipedia to remove reference to the American Center for Voting Rights in this article about the lawyer Mark "Thor" Hearne, who worked for various Republican candidates, including the Bush-Cheney campaign. See "Implausible Deniability. The Internet foils fudging by three "voter fraud" warriors." by Richard L. Hasen Posted Wednesday, June 13, 2007, at 5:31 PM ET article. According to [2], persons from his law firm have been editing Wikipedia to remove information about American Center for Voting Rights from his web page. Then it was restored [3] then it was removed again [4] by someone at an IP address that was said to be from his law firm per [5]. The preceding information is non-libellous , fully sourced, and in full accord with WP:BLP. He has also been written up in the St. Louis Post Dispatch online edition at [6] Edison 22:01, 18 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Here is more discussion of the article deletion. The discussion basically boiled down to: "I'm an administrator. Now go away." — goethean 22:07, 18 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]
