Proposed Split of FAS 157

[edit]

I have proposed that the FAS 157 section be split into its own page. Discuss it here Amkdude2 (talk) 19:22, 13 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I am proposing the section of FAS 157 on the article Mark-to-market accounting be split into its own article. The section itself is a bit long, and I think there is plenty of possibility to add to the subject as FAS 157 is quite controversial and has recieved much news coverage in recent months in the midst to the financial crisis. Please post any comments, thoughts, or suggestions. Amkdude2 (talk) 19:19, 13 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I agree. It is ridiculous to have separate pages. User:141.161.140.208 05:40, 12 May 2010

More sources are needed to assess the viability of creating a new article. Source Mark-to-market_accounting#FAS_157, then split out per WP:Summary style, or retag for someone else to split. SilkTork *YES! 08:36, 28 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Comprehensive

[edit]

We need to explain the relationship between fair value accounting and comprehensive income somewhere. Maybe I'll get around to it, sometime... Heyzeuss (talk) 12:54, 7 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

current cost accounting

[edit]

Is this the same as current cost accounting? If so, it should say so. Deipnosophista (talk) 10:56, 1 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]
