SIL[edit]

I find it awkward that you're quoting a linguistic organisation to quote musical concepts. Those terms are correct but I wouldn't quote SIL as I don't consider them experts in ethnomusicology or defining music. There are several links on this wiki page to musical organisations: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MusicologyDomsta333 (talk) 08:52, 18 July 2010 (UTC)

Loose or Tight membrane?[edit]

There is some inconsistency somewhere here. A kazoo has a membrane that is loose, allowing it to buzz, whereas this class definitions implies that the membrane must be taught for all instruments of this class. 174.138.199.28 (talk) 02:55, 13 April 2014 (UTC)
