Notability[edit]

This article was proposed for deletion on the grounds of lack of references (which I've fixed) and non-notability. Sir Michael is considered to be notable due to his role as Chair of Infrastructure Planning Commission and Chief Executive of the Planning Inspectorate. He also wrote a widely referenced report on the floods in 2007. DavidWard talk 11:54, 4 August 2011 (UTC)
