[edit]Not being the author, I can and did remove the tag altogether, as I think him probably notable.. But the article will likely be proposed again for deletion in a few days, and what you need to do is:
- (List years of degrees and academic positions and fellowships.
- List 5 important recent publication--preferably those in standard journals, not just arXiv
- Indicate which are his particularly impt publications for the Homology.
- , most important list some outside sources, such as review papers by other mathematicians, saying how important his discovery is.
