Second paragraph
[edit]I don't claim to be familiar with this position, but I found some of the wording in the article a little imprecise. In the second paragraph, it is stated that this post is dissimilar to a British Secretary of State. Would it then be true to say that it is similar in some way to a Minister of State in the UK (i.e. a member of the Government but not Cabinet and second in rank within a given Department)? If that is the case, could we alter the article to reflect this? And if not, sorry for taking up your time! Paddyman1989 (talk) 16:26, 17 November 2012 (UTC)
