Important concept in Swedish political life

I upgraded the importance scale of this one on the Swedish WkiProject, since this term, although quite quirky in a non-Swedish context, is such an important part of understanding the workings and setup of the executive branch. Does not really deserve high-importance in the wider context of Sweden-related subjects as it is only one narrow aspect of the Constitution of Sweden, albeit an odd one in international context. Tomas e (talk) 12:31, 22 August 2013 (UTC)

Unreferenced, poorly written

Done. Kept this section, even though it is unreferenced:

The reasoning behind this is to prevent government corruption and to ensure that laws and regulations are applied equally. It also motivates the Government and Riksdag to get rid of hard-to-interpret or problematic laws and regulations. There are rare exceptions to this distinction, such as when a natural disaster or war occurs and there is a need for a shorter chain of command.

Government enterprises

The latest addition to this article felt really misplaced (the section is about government agencies, the new text was about companies), so I moved it to the lead for the moment. I'm also noting that its missing citations entirely -- please fix this, and try not to add any unsourced text. Not sure if the text on Akademiska Hus and Vattenfall feels entirely relevant here either, TBH. AFAIK, no one has complained about ministerial rule in connection with the management of these companies, and controversies relating to the government owned companies belongs in the article text of those companies, not here, IMO.
