Does the kanji come from a Japanese-language version of The Blue Lotus?

Since the first part of this name resembles the Japanese-origin word for three, shouldn't that be rendered as 三津? What source confirmed that the Japanese version of the name as written the way it is in the main article? Peace. —MuzikJunky (talk) 05:35, 10 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
