Article title note

For any page reviewers, I strongly suggest keeping the byline in the article title, because "Mni Sota Makoce" is a very common phrase in Dakota literature, as it is the full name of the state of Minnesota. Additionally, it's now on the Minnesota state seal. An article entitled "Mni Sota Makoce" should either be about the phrase or a redirect to Minnesota.
