There's something wrong with this article. It is neither clear, nor concise. It confuses the reader by mixing the 3 characteristic lengths, $\delta ,\delta _{1},\delta _{2}$ . I propose that we merge the respective articles into one. 62.1.142.126 (talk) 09:08, 14 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]
