Why there are so many useless information about background?
The invasion was made to Iran, no need to describe Khorezmshah so detailly.
For example you can write how mongol invaders massacred people in Ray or Rey one of the hugest cities in Persia(Iran). Mongol invaders together with Tului khan killed and massacred people of Nishapur, city from which Omar Hayam persian mathematician. In Nishapur mongol military killed persian girls, women and innocent children. They made also sexual assault and harrassment to persian women in Nishapur and other Persian cities of Iran. Moreover, mongol invaders killed and burned so many dogs and cats living in Nishapur. You can write more detailly about mongol invasion of Ray, Hamadan, Nishapur, Damghan, Tus and other big cities of Iran by using works of Ibn Al Athir and Rashid ad-Din.
