I removed the additions about afforestation because the cited source is unreliable; it does not seem to have a sense of Slovenian geography because it repeatedly confuses Kočevje with the Karst Plateau (e.g., "an hour along a forest track through Kočevski Rog to bring us here ... sometimes called the Kras or Karst plateau"). The source is also factually incorrect (e.g., "The word [karst] means barren land"), contains misspellings (e.g., "feracious"), and repeatedly refers to Kočevje as located in "south-western Slovenia." The Kočevje region has indeed undergone extensive afforestation, but a reliable scholarly source should be cited. Doremo (talk) 15:08, 5 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
