More citations -- for what?

About half of the actual sentences in this article are referenced. It contains 15 refs to 11 good sources. Placing tags is, in itself, not a means of improving the encyclopedia: It is only a means of asking other people to improve an article that you cannot or will not improve yourself - (WP:OVERTAGGING). I've just removed a "citations needed" tag that was slapped on.
