Millhouse

[edit]

I don't believe the student who sings this in the Simpsons is actually Millhouse.

naw it wasn't Milhouse. It was a blonde kid with an overbite, but the same voice actress. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 75.72.21.221 (talk) 04:04, 3 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]
It was neither Millhouse nor Ralph Wiggam, but just a throwaway character. That should be changed on the main page. 72.129.0.10 (talk) 11:46, 12 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Can we add a reference to Family Guy, episode "PTV"? "And if you find yourself etc." elpincha 16:04, 20 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Super Mario RPG

[edit]

This article doesn't say nothing about an enemy called Ding-A-Ling in the SMRPG, that was a reference to this song. It must say something in the Trivia section.--Youtuber Mangoman34:-D (talk) 20:01, 16 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Molested?

[edit]

did you notice that he sings about his grandmother gave him his 'ding-a-ling'? his subconscious mind is trying to tell us what she did to him. me and my psychiatrist, dr Fraud (yes, that's his name. this isn't a joke) both agree about this. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 212.116.219.82 (talk) 17:33, 14 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Authorship

[edit]

It would be great to include a definitive statement on who wrote this song. Currently the entry says it was recorded by Dave Bartholomew in 1952. Did he definitely write it? On several blogs people claim Chuck Berry wrote it. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.252.89.233 (talk) 22:07, 24 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Release Date?

[edit]

There are 2 different release dates for the album. The picture box for the single "My Ding-a pussy -Ling" lists the release date as July 1972, and the picture box for the album says October 1972. --CltNC830 (talk) 23:36, 21 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Tune

[edit]

The tune seems like it could have been based on the 19th century folk song, "Little Brown Jug". FiredanceThroughTheNight (talk) 14:13, 9 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]
