not exaclty, unfortunately these terminologies are often conflated, especially widespread after WWII beginning with Soviet historiography. Also in WP sometimes these are mixed or conflated in a very unprofessional way, but since a long time accurate solurions are ongoing.(KIENGIR (talk) 19:51, 26 December 2020 (UTC))[reply]
