  • Support - Especially considering that, when used in isolation, "national government" is never capped. Primergrey (talk) 18:14, 21 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
  • Support as there are several generic uses, if there was only 1 then perhaps not but as there are several and are probably the most notable uses given the lower case also has no PT. Crouch, Swale (talk) 19:28, 21 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
