List of winners

[edit]

i've added the missing names to the list, prior to filling red links, this medal make the recipient notable. Pohick2 (talk) 01:41, 25 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

So the list should be complete through 2009. It will be useful to check against the number of recipients, either 1988 to date or for Frankel Prize and Humanities Medal separately, if there is any official count.
Beside rewriting and expanding the preface, I have marked the top of the list incomplete and suggested an alternative format by example for 2011/2010. Name each year only once, as a bold label between the annual classes.
(I have varied use of {medalists, recipients, winners} and the list now has section heading "Recipients". I prefer that but not strongly.) --P64 (talk) 19:11, 18 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Completion of alternate format

[edit]

I've completed the alternate format started earlier by Pohick2 and verified by National Endowment for the Humanities, National Humanities Medal Awards page WroteOddly (talk) 06:09, 14 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]
