bad coords for one site[edit]

The "map of all coordinates" for National Register of Historic Places listings in Douglas County, Kansas reveals apparently bad coordinates (or mis-identified county and state) for Witter S. McCurdy House

Willow Springs Santa Fe Trail Historic District[edit]

A historic district was added in 2018 by User:Magicpiano's edit, this diff, which was later deleted by User:Nyttend's edit with edit summary mentioning that it does not appear in any weekly list that they can find. I also can't find it in any weekly list, but this doesn't make sense to me as Magicpiano certainly didn't make it up. Maybe this is another case where the National Register announced something, then changed the weekly listing later. While we would prefer they explicitly add, subtract items, rather than ever just restating the record?

The district exists at least as a Kansas state district listed in 2018, the Willow Springs Santa Fe Trail Historic District, covered here (which states "National Register listing is pending."). --Doncram (talk) 00:40, 12 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]

The Park Service altered the weekly listings (a fact that has previously been noticed at WT:NRHP). The Wayback Machine has the listing I added here in a September 21 snapshot. A subsequent snapshot taken on September 29 is missing this listing. Magic♪piano 02:33, 12 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]
It has been relisted, same refnum but different name, in the April 26 list. Magic♪piano 13:56, 29 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]
