Year of birth?[edit]

Both Wikipedia and the Encyclopedia of Cleveland History say he was born in 1810. Meanwhile, his gravestone gives his year of birth as 1800.

On Ancestry, there is a posting about a letter written in 1924 which says he was born in Lebanon, Conn., rather than Braintree, Mass., but no further details are provided.

But I don't find any additional information. There are no birth records or census records for him. Kestenbaum (talk) 04:24, 23 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]
