- Russian transliteration in Wikipedia is outlined at WP:RUS. Common English usage is only applicable to well-known names/places (such as [Moscow]], Mikhail Gorbachev, etc.). You may also want to take a look at Cyrillic transliteration policy unification project at WP:CYR. Hope this helps.
