Merger proposal

I noticed a new article Nova Scotia (Workers' Compensation Board) v. Martin which seems to overlap with this one. It strikes me that merging the new article (which comments on one of the two cases mentioned in this article) into this one makes more sense than having an article for each individual case.--RAult (talk) 06:27, 1 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
