Etymology
[edit]I don't think this entry is right. "In a nutshell" means "in brief", as in, a brief summary that would presumably fit inside a small area, such as the inside of a nutshell. It's the equivalent of saying "in a bottlecap". 76.20.144.214 (talk) 20:17, 22 September 2009
- Agreed. The etymology of "in a nutshell" is surely incorrect in this article. The original author has guessed at the origin of the metaphor and not respected common usage. 80.189.177.187 (talk) 11:53, 17 February 2021 (UTC)
”This page in a nutshell”
[edit]Isn't that template unencyclopedic, self-reference and stealth parody? --Anime Addict AA (talk) 08:16, 24 August 2011 (UTC)
