@Blue Square Thing, Joseph2302, and Mrh30:. In the same way that Leg break was merged into Leg spin, following discussion, I think Off break could be merged into Off spin. As with leg break/spin, they are essentially the same concept - the caption for the gif image on the Off break page is 'An off break or off spin delivery'. In the Infobox for Muttiah Muralitharan, it says 'Right-arm off break', but the link is to off spin. Some sources (e.g. https://www.espncricinfo.com/story/_/id/21322339/a-glossary-cricket-terms) explicitly make off break and off spin the same. As before, Wikipedia is not a dictionary. Where other sources claim a slight distinction, this difference of opinion can be brought out on the one page. Thanks. Mmitchell10 (talk) 16:49, 16 July 2020 (UTC)
- Support same readon as leg spin merge. Joseph2302 (talk) 17:06, 16 July 2020 (UTC)
- Support - yes. I came across Pace bowling earlier - we seem to have multiple articles covering that as well... Blue Square Thing (talk) 18:06, 16 July 2020 (UTC)
- Support yes, same rationale as for Leg spin. Mrh30 (talk) 12:22, 17 July 2020 (UTC)
Thanks everyone. Mmitchell10 (talk) 19:34, 25 July 2020 (UTC)
